Launching her career in the transport industry with Avis Australia, Naomi was also selected to represent the company as the National Advertising identity. With a similar role in Qantas, Naomi established success in sales and marketing as well as diverse exposure and knowledge in industries such as Mining, Education, Entertainment, Tourism, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Government.
With an emerging career in recruitment in London and then the Gold Coast, Naomi discovered a passion for helping others in their career decisions. Moving to the position of Director Career and Business Relations at Bond University, Naomi provided essential career guidance to all levels of student, and created a network of employers for the placement of graduates, work experience, internships, mentor programs and trade fairs. Headhunted to a global HR solutions organisation, Naomi commenced change management and outplacement consulting projects in companies such as Suncorp, Woolworths, Qantas, Jupiters Gaming/Tabcorp, CBA, Tyco and Santos.
Naomi has also forged credibility in the Sports Industry where she undertook a very demanding role at the Queensland Rugby Union as Career and Education Advisor to some 50 elite professional athletes and now supports the Blaze Basketball NBL players and club and has recently been elected on the Board.As the founder of C-IQ Career Intelligence an organisation providing specialist expertise and resources in Career Development & Transition,
Naomi's is now an equity partner and coach with Think Feel Know Australia leveraging from their expertise in communication and coaching globally.Her passion and expertise calls for regular speaking engagements, contract terms and advisory roles on the topics of Career Management, Retention Strategies, Employee Performance Development, Change Management and Coaching to TAFE, Griffith University and the corporate sector.
Naomi is married to Brian and between them have 5 children. Naomi's leisure time is spent on Hamilton Island where Brian operates as a skipper & Naomi enjoys fishing & entertaining.
